Key Fixes and Stability Improvements:

Critical Deadlock Fix: A potential deadlock in the data column gossip KZG batch verification has been resolved. This could occur when a caller timed out, preventing the verifier from delivering its result and causing it to hang. A related fix also prevents the system from queueing verification requests when the caller context is already canceled, further preventing hangs.
Attestation Validation: A race condition has been fixed where two identical attestations validated simultaneously could both be forwarded to the network. The node will now correctly forward only the first one, adhering to protocol specifications.
API Stability:
- A bug in the attester and sync committee duties REST API endpoints that could cause unnecessary state replays has been fixed. The node will now correctly use the head state cache for the current epoch, improving performance for API users.
- Several minor API bugs were fixed, including one that returned an incorrect error type (preventing proper 404 responses for a "state root not found" error) and another that produced invalid JSON when handling errors.
Increased Resilience: The node will no longer error out if a committee is computed correctly but updating the cache fails due to a timeout. It will now log the cache error and proceed, making it more resilient.

Performance and Optimizations:

Parallel Blob Processing: The computation of cells and proofs from blobs (data column sidecars) is now performed in parallel, improving efficiency. New Prometheus metrics have been added to monitor this process, including cells_and_proofs_from_structured_computation_milliseconds and get_blobs_v2_latency_milliseconds.
Database Optimization: The `migratetocold` function, used for database maintenance, has been optimized by removing a brute-force loop, resulting in better performance.

Networking Improvements:

Prysm has been upgraded to support libp2p AutoNAT v2. This enhances the node's ability to detect and log its network reachability for each address, providing better insight into connectivity health.

Other Notable Changes:

The forkchoice logic now tracks the dependent root of the latest finalized checkpoint to improve how blocks are managed after finalization.
A design document has been added for a future graffiti implementation. The plan is to allow for informative graffiti containing Execution Layer (EL) and Consensus Layer (CL) version information.
