This is a small but important release that postpones the upcoming Amsterdam hard fork on the Hoodi testnet, which was previously scheduled for October 26, 2026.
Hoodi testnet node operators running v1.17.9 must upgrade to this version (v1.17.10) before the originally scheduled time to ensure their nodes operate correctly. A new date for the fork will be set in a future release. All other networks are unaffected by this change.
